September is beautiful in Bethel. How we got here...

Thanks for checking out my first attempt at blogging. Thanks to my new friend Cara Budde for encouraging me to give it a shot, despite my hesitation.

SO... Here we are in Alaska, but heres just a little snapshot of how we got here.
Graduation. Goodbye ULSD, goodbye friends and family! It was so special to me that everyone in my family (minus the AUssie's) but including Dad and Jozy were able to come to my big graduation. I couldn't have made it through without the support of you all and it was so special to me that everyone made the trip to the Ville, especially the Fords!!!
My magnificent family. You are the best!
The Parameswaran Doctors, all three, soon to be four of them. Your next Shantha!

Graduation was a little chilly
Graduation Party for 9 of the graduates. Krysta, Emily, Callie, Ben, Rebecca (Sophia), Andrew, Sashi, Jenn and Mary Margaret. We wanted a place were all our families could be together and celebrate.
Riverbend Winery
Thanks to " The White Russians" for the great live bluegrass! Alot of work went into this party including setting up decoartions, (thanks Cam, Kim, Jozy, Janey, Mom and Dad). We had a great dinner and lots of dancing and drinking to celebrate our four years of hard work.

The going away party! Thanks Cecil, Andrew, Thomas and everyone else in the house. Great BBQ, kegging, and that one game where you hit beer bottles off sticks with frisbees... Kris's favorite.
Callie's Cake for us, THANKS!

I believe Tobin and Currie were the Champs of the beer/frisbee game.

Steve and Susan Kanouse even stopped by to join in :)

So... It is sunny right now in Bethel and although i'm really enjoying this blogging stuff, its almost time for ultimate frisbee and i need to hang some clothes outside to dry because the dryer is not working at the moment.
More to come.
Sorry the pictures are so small. I will have to work on that.
